Support

Independent experts cost money

The developer paid for every technical study in the City’s file. To answer them, we need to reach every affected household and put independent engineers and a hydrologist on the record. Donations go to the Coalition for the Preservation of Surrey Ridge, a Colorado nonprofit.

What your money pays for

Reaching neighbors who still do not know

Printing, postage, signs and meeting space. Many households in the affected area still have not heard about Hillcamp.

Independent expert review

Engineers and a hydrologist the developer did not hire, reviewing the ground, traffic and water supply studies in the City’s file.

Public records requests

Copying and staff time under the Colorado Open Records Act. The City often leaves agency comments, the developer’s replies and internal emails off its project pages.

Remaining funds cover comment letters filed with the City and support at the hearings.

Get told when a hearing is set

The City posts agendas about a week before each meeting. We will email you when a date goes up, and we use the list for nothing else.
