Hearing notices go up about a week before a meeting. We email when a date is posted, when the record opens for public comment, and when the Council votes. Nothing else.

What to expect
What you will receive
Hearing notices
When the City posts an agenda that includes a Hillcamp application, we send a notice within 24 hours. Agendas typically go up five to seven days before a meeting. You will know in time to file a written comment, which goes into the official record and carries the same weight as testimony.
Record updates
When the applicant files new documents, when a state agency posts a comment, or when the City publishes a new staff report, we summarize what changed and what it means. You will not need to monitor the City’s project pages yourself.
Action alerts
When a vote is approaching and a specific action will help, we will tell you what to do and how to do it. That includes comment deadlines, meeting locations, and who to contact and how.
What we will never send
We do not sell, share, or trade your information. We do not send solicitations or partner offers. We do not contact you after this campaign is resolved. The list exists for one purpose: to make sure you are not surprised when a hearing date is posted.

The City Council votes November 17. The record is open until that vote. A written comment to the City Clerk carries the same weight as testimony and goes into the official record the Council decides from.
